What you buy. By paying you buy the right to have your submitted name, colour, emoji, link and message displayed on this site for the current day, for as long as your payment is the highest for that day, and a permanent entry on that day's archive page. Nothing else is promised: no traffic, no clicks, no ranking anywhere else.
Public display. Everything you submit except your email is public the moment it is displayed: it appears on this site, in its feeds, images and embeds, and in third-party places that show the site, such as streamer overlays, live streams, screenshots and social posts. Do not submit anything you would not want shown publicly.
Not gambling. There is no element of chance and no prize. Every payment buys the same thing, a display slot, and no payment is ever transferred to another user.
No refunds. All payments are final, including when you are outbid. If you are outbid you may raise your existing claim on that day; the raise is charged as the difference between your previous amount and the new amount, and your earlier payment counts toward it. The single exception: if we remove your content for breaking the content rules before it was ever displayed, we refund it.
Content rules. No profanity, hate, sexual content, politics, religion, real people other than a plain first name, defamation, threats, scams, malware, impersonation, or anything unlawful. We screen submissions automatically and may remove any content at any time without refund. Links are user-submitted, nofollow, and not endorsed by us.
Your content. You must have the right to submit what you submit. By submitting it you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt it on this site, in its images, feeds and embeds, and in our own promotion of the site, for as long as the archive exists. You keep ownership.
Who can use this. You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding purchase with your own payment method. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to test or attack it.
Chargebacks. A payment reversed through your bank removes the claim it paid for from the day and the archive, and we may decline future claims from you.
Free first claim. The first claim on the current day may be offered free of charge, limited to one per person per day and without a link. It is subject to the same content rules and can be removed the same way. Anyone can take the day over by paying the minimum bid; a free claim then moves to "also claimed today" like any other outbid claim.
Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Any tax we are required to add is shown at checkout. The archive counts what was paid, not what a slot might be worth to anyone.
Takedowns. If a name, message or link infringes your rights or concerns you, email the address below with the day and the name; we act within two working days.
The site. Provided as-is, without warranties. We do not promise uptime, that a claim will be seen by anyone, or that a link will be clicked. We may change or end the site at any time; sealed archive pages are kept for as long as the site runs, and your certificate image is yours to keep either way.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you pay applies to that payment. Last updated 15 September 2026.
